The contract and relax moves with the arms straight out do nothing for me.besides strain my lower back. I know it's probably not a great idea to break it up like that, but I just was over it this morning. I am sure that I'll do the rest of it after work, but I couldn't force myself to keep going with it. I did the first 15 minutes of it this morning, and then I just turned it off.

It is mentally grueling to get through Phase 2 of Insanity already and this workout is just too frustrating.
